Announcements
Life can present us with many difficult times but they do not have to be navigated alone. Through individual therapy sessions, our providers can help you navigate these difficult times and work towards reaching your goals.
Sometimes it can be difficult for children to articulate their struggles and fears. Play therapy provides them with a safe place to communicate what is on their mind through toys, acting, art, etc.
All couples anf families experience their fair share of struggles and hardships. Whether your goal is to improve communication, increase trust, enhance intimacy, or other personal goals our providers are here to help.
Counseling can help better facilitate communication, conflict resolution, and overall healthier dynamics.
We are proud to offer free (ProBono) services to the Laramie and Wyoming community. These sessions are conducted by our highly trained interns under the supervision of our two supervisors.
If you are interested in counseling sessions at no cost to you, please visit our Providers page and fill out an intern request form!

Much like individual counseling, Christian counseling includes the teachings of the Bible and Jesus Christ. Care focuses not only on the person and body but also on the soul.
We periodically offer thoughtfully designed group experiences, where individuals come together in a supportive, therapist-led setting to build insight, connection, and skills alongside others with similar goals.

No Surprise Act
When you see a doctor or other health care provider, you may owe certain out-of-pocket costs, like a copayment, coinsurance, or deductible. You may have additional costs or have to pay the entire bill if you see a provider or visit a healthcare facility that isn’t in your health plan’s network.
“Out-of-network” means providers and facilities that haven’t signed a contract with your health plan to provide services. Out-of-network providers may be allowed to bill you for the difference between what your plan pays and the full amount charged for a service. This is called “balance billing.” This amount is likely more than in-network costs for the same service and might not count toward your plan’s deductible or annual out-of-pocket limit.
“Surprise billing” is an unexpected balance bill. This can happen when you can’t control who is involved in your care—like when you have an emergency or when you schedule a visit at an innetwork facility but are unexpectedly treated by an out-of-network provider. Surprise medical bills could cost thousands of dollars depending on the procedure or service
